.......that still can be detected as VID12D1 PID3609 (HUAWEI USB COM 1.0) in the System.

........Procedure:
.........1. Repair bricked device using board software file taken from Boot-Loader.com
.........2. Flash the device in Fastboot mode using update.app firmware
.........3. Repair Vendor/Country, IMEI and other numbers
.........4. Repeat flashing in Upgrade mode 
..........using update.app firmware to finalize repair operation
